Nvidia launches its "RTX 2080 Super" edition here is specs are following :

1.  It comes with a base clock speed of 1650 MHz which can be boosted up to 1815 MHz.
2. It comes with 8GB of gddr6 VRAM. 
3. It's has a 15.5 Gbps of memory data rate. 
4. It consumes a total power of 250W. 

Specifications of "AMD Rx 5700 XT"

1. This GPU comes with a base clock speed of 1605 MHz which can be boosted up to 1755 MHz.
2. It comes with a total of 8GB of gddr6 VRAM. 
3. It's has a 14gbps of memory data rate.
4. It consumes a total of 225W power.

Benchmarks of both RTX 2080 super and Rx 5700 XT

Shadow of the tomb raider

This has been tested at 4k resolution at a high preset. In this game, RTX 2080 super gives the average fps of 54 to 65 fps. On 1080p with the same settings, it gives up to 102 to 150 fps.

On the side of Rx 5700 XT, it gives the average fps of 46 up to 54 at 4k resolution at high preset. With 1080p resolution it gives 111 to 146 fps.

GTA V

The GTA v RTX 2080 super gives the average fps of 59 to 82 at 4k resolution with ultra settings with high population density, motion, ambient occlusion. On 1080p resolution with same settings  111 to 163 of average fps.

On the side of Rx 5700 XT at 4k resolution with ultra settings, it gives up to 47 to 61 fps. On 1080p resolution with the same settings, it gives 93 to 156 fps.

Battlefield v

In battlefield v at 4k resolution with ultra settings, the average fps comes out up to 58 to 67. On 1080p with the same settings, it gives up to 115 to 143 of average fps.

On the side of Rx 5700 XT at 4k resolution with ultra settings, the average fps comes out up to 42 to 67. On 1080p resolution with the same settings, the average fps comes out up to 104 to 144.

Metro Exodus

In Metro Exodus RTX 2080 super at 4k resolution with ultra settings, it gives up to 27 to 41 of average fps. On 1080p resolution with the same settings, it gives 40 to 67 fps.

On the side of Rx 5700 XT at 4k resolution with ultra settings, it gives up to  21 to 34 of average fps. On 1080p resolution with the same settings, it gives up to 34 to 57 of average fps.


Conclusion : 

Both GPUs are best in some cases  Rx 5700 XT is best or in some cases, RTX 2080 super is best. So the performance that we get from both GPUs was very satisfying. But which GPU is value for money? 

But if we talk budget so AMD takes lead. Because at low price rate and gives a great competition to RTX 2080 super. According to the medium budget, AMD is value for money. But if you have a nice budget you can go with RTX 2080 super.
