Airbus partened with Micorsoft to reach new heights | what is mixed reality

Today I am going to be talk about the partnership of Airbus and Microsoft. We all know about Airbus, it was the company who made lots of aircrafts. Microsoft and airbus works together by the several years.

Why Airbus partened with Microsoft

Airbus partened with microsoft to increase their productivity rate. In the time period of 40 years airbus produced at least 10,000 aircrafts. So airbus aims to twice this number within 20 years. So that reason airbus collab with microsoft. To fulfill this mission airbus uses Microsoft's latest technology which is named as mixed reality. 

This new technology makes the workers work more faster. The vice executive president of engineering at airbus "Jean Brice Dumont" said that our chanllenge in the coming years to manufacture more aircrafts faster and for this we need our workers to be better equipped. 

What is Mixed Reality

Microsoft made a latest technology which is names as mixed reality. It is a 

Holones which combined the physical and digital world together. In other words it generates a virtual environment in the form of holographic images. It is s key of Airbus to complete its ambitious goal. 

Airbus uses this technology by the several years. But now they uses the microsoft latest headset which is named as hololens 2. By this hololens a user can complete his work in the efficient way without any confusion. It guides the worker that how to build plane in the proper way and much more things while manufacturing a plane. So it's a great approach as compared to blueprint plans. 

How the hololens 2 helps to boost the working speed of workers.

In the trials mixed reality has the immersive results. Hololens 2 helps the worker to work with safety , quality and security. It allows the trainees of airbus to understand virtual environment. The 3d environment offers that features that a worker cannot get in real life such as to view elements in three dimensions from any angle. 

By the hololens 2 workers test the aircraft designs virtually  which are ready for manufacturing. With the test of this device the result comes out that it decreases the time spent of 80 percent.
