i7-1065g7 vs Ryzen 9 3900x | which performs better in both single and multicore speed

So after Ryzen 3000 series cpu's intel brings it's new mobile processor which is named Intel i7-1065g7 it is a laptop processor. This chipset is based on 10nm fabrication process. So in this article we make a comparison between intel and amd and test some benchmarks.

Specification comparison between i7-1065g7 and Ryzen 9 3900x

So the full name of this chipset is intel i7-1065g7 ice lake u. It was a flagship processor. This comes with 4 cores and 8 threads which is based on 10nm fabrication process. Its have the base clockspeed of 3.9 ghz and this processor cannot support overclocking. It comes with intel gen 11 graphics (irish plus graphics). It works with the TDP of 15w which means that this chipset consumes less power. 

So the other side Ryzen 9 3900x is the top most model of ryzen 3rd gen series. It comes 12 cores and 24 threads which is quite more as compared to intel i7-1065g7. It comes with the base clockspeed of 3.8 ghz which  can be boosted upto 4.6 ghz. The whole manufacturing is based the 7nm fabrication process. It consumes the TDP of 105w. 

Benchmarks of both chipsets

So when we do the benchmarks both of the cpu's the result comes unexpectable. When I saw results of both i was surprised. 

So the side of intel we test this chipset with irish plus graphics and the aaa tittle games which is named as battlefield 5 , gta 5 , the shadow of tomb raider. We get the score of 5691 at the single core speed and we get the score of 17741 at multi core speed. 

So the other hand we do benchmarks on AMD Ryzen 9 3900x chipset which is the top most variant of 3rd gen cpu's. We do benchmarks with amd radeon vega xi graphics as in ryzen 9 3900x We get the score of 5624 at single core speed and in the multicore speed we get the score of 45338. 

Conclusion

So after make comparison of specs and benchmarks of both chipsets now we move on my opinion. My opinion regarding this cpu is positive. That Intel great thing in this CPU that a low core intel cpu compete with amd top most variant. But most neglecting thing which I saw in intel i7-1065g7 is overclocking. It was a flagship cpu so why it was not supporting overclocking. So it not a good deal for hardcore gamers who play games at ultra high settings. 

But if you use this cpu for casual gaming and working , editing so this chipset is good for you. This chipset is come in hp 360x spectre 2019 edition. If you do casual works so this was a great deal for you.
